Jeff King's Catalyst is led by Jeff King (saxophones and flute) with Luis Deniz (saxophones), David Braid (piano and keyboards), Rich Brown (bass), and Joel Haynes (drums). "Catalyst" is the title of their debut album, which features their unique brand of fusion jazz that incorporates a variety of styles including funk, pop, rock, classical, electronic and straight ahead jazz. King's music ranges from driving grooves to soulful ballads with a lot of unexpected turns in between.
