Jaffa Road launched their debut CD, Sunplace, in March 2009 to a packed house at The Lula Lounge in Toronto. Since then they have hit the #1 spot on the CIUT world music chart, been nominated for a Juno Award, and won Grand Prize in the John Lennon Songwriting contest for their song LYG (Lo Yisa Goy).
